3. Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached where applicable.
4. Non-returnable items
Items that are personalised, intimate, or otherwise final-sale cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
5. How to return
To start a return, please contact us at the email address above with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order. We cannot guarantee exchange availability.
8. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under this policy.
